Landscape
Ambient understands that the landscape maintenance on the Cherry Hills Property has been deferred and neglected. Addressing the landscape is a top priority. New mowing equipment has been purchased and the maintenance crew has been working to get the grass mowed, the trees trimmed, and the debris cleaned up. We understand everyone is anxious to have the area near their home addressed soon. Pending weather, this is our upcoming maintenance update and schedule:

Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 08/31/2026
Our team has been making progress across the property. Here is a look at our current focus and upcoming schedule:

- Tree Care: Hand-watering continues five days a week to keep our trees alive. All the palm trees on the north end of the property have been trimmed or removed. We are also moving forward with our scheduled pepper tree trimming this week.
- Grounds Maintenance: Daily mowing is underway on the south side at Cherry Hills to manage new growth and tumbleweeds.
- Property Upkeep: Daily trash collection remains a top priority to maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the grounds.
We expect to maintain this steady, productive pace throughout September to ensure the property stays maintained.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 7/29/2026
As summer progresses we have continued with our focus on manually watering trees through out the property. Additionally we have been treating tumbleweeds with pre- and post-emergents to control their growth. There has been extensive progress on tree trimming and removal, trash clean up and mowing/removing dried brush over the last few weeks.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 5/18/2026
We have completed our tree work in the Island portion of the old NC. We will meet the tree work team this week to establish our next area for palm tree trimming or removal. This week we will be clearing debris and trash, combined with work along the property lines. Trimming of oleanders begins next.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 4/20/2026
This week, mowing will focus on property lines and areas the mowers couldn’t reach. Major focus is removing all debris piles.

This week we plan to finish mowing Cherry Hills old course holes #13,14,15 and 16.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 4/27/2026
Detailing the properties South of Cherry Hills Blvd this week. Property lines and gathering debris are the main tasks. North end was completed last Friday.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 3/23/2026
We are mowing the North end of the property for the next two weeks. Debris piles will also be removed.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 3/16/2026
Planned mowing areas for the week of 3/16/26 are former Cherry Hills course holes 13, 14, 15 & 16. The plan is return to mowing the North Course the week 3/23/26.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 3/9/2026
This week we are mowing the following old Cherry Hills golf holes: Holes 4, 5, 6 and 11 & 12. Additionally we have consolidated and piled tree debris from the recent heavy winds to collect and remove from the property.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 3/2/2026
With more good weather ahead, we hope to work on the areas on the south side of the old cherry golf course. Specifically, holes 2, 3, 8. 7, 6.
As soon as possible, we will start on the north end of the property again.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 2/23/2026
The maintenance team will continue with daily mowing to mitigate overall growth during this period of above average temperatures. The goal is to make progress to the north end of the Cherry Hills property this week.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 5/11/2026
We have contracted a tree vendor to start work the weekend of 5/9/26. Work will first begin on the Island of the old North Course. We will trim palms and remove dead, diseased or unwanted invasive species. This tree work will continue as we work through the entire property.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 2/16/2026
We will return to mowing on the North portion of the property as soon as weather allows. Once the ground dries out a bit we will be out mowing as soon as possible.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 2/9/2026
We are mowing the North Course areas this week and next. This includes the Island of property as well. This begins the second mowing of the year. Because of the wetness and growth rate some of the areas will not look as groomed as others. This second mowing will resolve many of these issues.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 2/2/2026
We continue our race to catch up with the growth rate of the green broadleaf.
We will be mowing old cherry golf holes: 13, 14, 15 & 16 starting today. We are hoping to be back on the north course mowing next week 2/9.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 1/26/2026
With the growth rate of the foliage on the entire property, we may be mowing for months non-stop.
Our goal for this week is to mow the following areas on the south property:
Complete the mowing on #6.
Holes 4, 5, 11 & 12.
These initial mowings of the year are taking about 2 weeks to mow 9 holes worth of acreage. If this holds true the next two weeks; by 2/9 we should be back to the far north end to start the process again.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 1/19/2026
We have completed the holes scheduled for last week on the old CH property. Those holes were # ‘s 17, 18, 10, 1 & 9.
This coming week the mowing schedule is for holes 2,3,7 & 8.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 1/12/2026
We have mowed out most of the North end and Island areas in a first mowing since the rains. This week of the 12th we will be moving south on the old holes of Cherry Hills. Holes 18, 17, 10, 9 & 1 will be targets this week.
With the extreme growth of weeds, we will be mowing daily. Once we have completed all holes on the south property, we will go back to the
north and repeat the pattern of mowing.

Palm tree maintenance throughout the total acreage which also requires watering trees manually. Trimming pepper trees, cleaning up the property lines and focusing on trash cleanup throughout the 300 acres.
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 7/7/2026
The heat is upon us. We will be watering trees through out the property the rest of the summer. We have been trimming trees and removing dead ones; this work will also continue for much of the summer months.
With no water in the ponds, we should have far fewer mosquito issues.We sprayed for mosquitoes this past Spring. Over the next couple of weeks we will trim Pepper trees, pick up trash and mow or remove any dried brush. Tumbleweeds are starting to turn green and we will treat them with pre- and post-emergents to control their growth before it gets totally out of hand
Cherry Hills & North Course Property Maintenance – 6/22/2026
Summer weather has arrived! We are mowing and cleaning the storm channel from the North end to the South exit. Palm tree maintenance throughout the total acreage (which also requires watering trees manually) and focus on trash cleanup throughout the 300 acres also continues.
